Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in whenever we are open. If you start a repair online first, we set the part aside and confirm by phone, so you are in and out faster.
How much does an iPhone screen repair cost?
It depends on the model: from $49.99 for an iPhone 6, 7 or 8 up to $210.99 for an iPhone 16 Pro Max. Every model is listed on our prices page and the quote is always free.
How long do repairs take?
Most screen and battery repairs are finished in under 45 minutes. A PS5 HDMI port replacement takes about two hours. Anything longer gets a pickup time with your quote.
Is the diagnostic really free?
Yes. We find the problem and give you an exact price before any work starts. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay nothing.
Do you match prices?
Yes. Bring an advertised lower price from a local repair shop for the same repair and we will beat it.
Will I lose my photos and data?
A screen, battery or charging port repair does not touch your storage, so your photos, messages and apps stay where they are. A backup before any repair is still a good idea.
My phone will not turn on. Is it dead for good?
Probably not. A phone that will not turn on usually has a worn battery, a blocked charging port or minor board damage from a drop or water. Bring it in for a free diagnostic.
Can you fix a water damaged phone?
Often, yes. Bring it in as soon as you can and do not try to charge it. We open it up, clean away the corrosion and test every part, and the diagnostic is free.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Every repair is covered by our warranty on parts and labor. Ask at the counter for the terms that apply to your repair.
How much is a PS5 HDMI port repair?
A PS5 HDMI port replacement is $200 and takes about two hours, far less than a new console. Your games and saves are not affected.
Do you sell cases and screen protectors?
Yes. We carry protective cases and tempered glass for iPhone, iPad, Samsung, Google Pixel and Motorola, and we can fit a screen protector right after your repair.
